Products
The great majority of the creations proposed within The workshop of Akinra are home-made creations. Therefore, each item is unique, and the ordered product may differ slightly from the picture shown on the site. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to ask me a photo of your product under preparation to see if it suits your demand! Each item is offered within the limits of available stocks. You will find in each description information on the availability of product or raw materials, inventory, and in case of failure, the time required for ordering products and fabriction object. As many of them are customizable upon request, I only have very little stock and works on a daily basis!  

Prices

Prices displayed on The workshop of Akinra website are prices in euros or dollars all taxes included. They do not include delivery charges, which are billed at cost and are indicated when finalizing the order. The workshop of Akinra reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, mainly because of the price variation of its own suppliers. Being understood, however, that the price in the catalog on the day of the order shall only be applicable to the buyer.

Orders

The workshop of Akinra reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there exists anterior litigation .

All orders are irrevocable for the buyer subject to the application of the statutory withdrawal period of 7 days.

By confirming the order, the buyer accepts all the general conditions of sale, and admits having a perfect knowledge and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All data recorded and confirmed valid proof of the transaction and acceptance of transactions.

The workshop of Akinra online product selling is primarily intended for purchasers residing in France. However, the sale is also open to European residents and worldwide. Do not hesitate to contact me in case of doubt.

In case of non payment of the order within three weeks following the passage of the said order on the website, it will be deemed void and will be canceled.

Product Warranty and common services 

In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it can be returned to The workshop of Akinra, who will exchange or refund it depending on agreement between The workshop of Akinra and the buyer. The buyer is solely responsible for the choice of products, their storage and use. The workshop of Akinra will not be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible, that may result from improper use of products sold.

However, given the personal and particular objects where customization is required (including grimoires, drums, rattles plates altar and custom), no refund will be made on these objects.

The workshop of Akinra will not be held responsible or failed for any delay or failure to perform due to the occurrence of a force majeure usually recognized by the French courts (product unavailability, cases of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flood, fire).

The workshop of Akinra provides a selection of elements per scrolling menu to allow the buyer to customize its items In case of error or oversight by the buyer when customizing return will be at buyer's expense. In no event The workshop of Akinra not be held responsible for these oversights and no refund will be made for this reason.

The workshop of Akinra will archive orders on a reliable and durable support so as to constitute a true copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the Civil Code. Records retained by The workshop of Akinra will be considered proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.
